Holiday Hustle 5k!

Judy and I ran in the Holiday Hustle 5K a race to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Newton.
Judy ran 26:37 and I ran 27:01.  She took 2nd place in her age group!  Parker was working the race as the Grinch!

Thanksgiving 2012!

All of us (except for Kyle who was in London) ran the Volvo 5k Turkey Trot. Our times were:
Parker - 19:27
Brenden - 19:28
Judy - 26:27
Jon - 27:37

We spent the afternoon at our friends the Keatings and made it home in time to watch the Patriots beat the Jets, 49 to 19.  And then Tom stopped by to have some Turkey with us.

Parker finishes XC season with PR!

Parker finished the 2012 XC season at the MIAA Eastern State Championships on Nov. 10th with his PR for a 5k with 17:41.70.  Below are some pics from the race and some from one the week before at the Coaches Invitational.  You can follow Parker's times at:

Anastasia Korzenowski having another great year running!

Anastasia Korzenowski is having another great year running XC.  Her PR for a 4K is 14:33 which she did at the Missota Conference Championships on Oct. 6th.  Her PR for a 5k is 19:33.71 at the Heartland Regional on Nov. 11th.  If you want to follow her times check out: http://mn.milesplit.com/athletes/2187395-anastasia-korzenowski

Parker's XC Team ran in the DCL rournamment on Oct. 26 at Lincoln/Sudbury High School.  Parker's time was 17.24.5 and his school took 4th overall.

Anastasia Korzenowski is back to running!

Anastasia is back to running agian for the Chanhassen High School and is having a great year!

Charles River School 5K - Sept. 23 2012

Judy and I ran the Charles River School 5k again this year. Judy's time was 27:11.6. She placed 73rd out of 247. I was much slower - 29.23.5, placing 116th out of 247.

Parker's First Varsity XC Meet!

Parker ran his first race of the season. Newton South ran against Bedford & Boston Latin.  Over all he took 7th  and placed 5th for Newton South.  Newton South beat both teams.
