Brewing More Beer!

Judy and I along with our friends Dan & Judy brewed two batches of beer on Saturday, Sept. 15th.  Dan made a Octoberfest and I made a pumpkin ale.  We will be bottling them just in time to enjoy them this fall.

Parker's First Varsity XC Meet!

Parker ran his first race of the season. Newton South ran against Bedford & Boston Latin.  Over all he took 7th  and placed 5th for Newton South.  Newton South beat both teams.

Bottling the Beer!

Judy and I bottled the batch of beer we brewed two weeks ago. (6 plus cases) We brewed an Ale this time.  Judy is using it as a gift for a client appreciation BBQ next week.

Julie sent the following picture saying "Here's a photo of a black bear sow & her 3 cubs up in a tree in downtown Aspen today. The sow was sleeping very soundly while the cubs were moving from the different limbs & looking at all the 2-legged animals."
