January Birthdays!

Slow month for birthdays in January - only two!

Tom Sundblad will be 25 on January 30th!

On January 31st, Kyle Korzenowski will be 43.

Kyle - Indoor Track

Kyle is on the Indoor Track team this winter. He has been running two events 600 M and 4 by 400M Relay, where he is the first runner. The Best Christmas Gifts!

Every year someone gets that special gift! This year both Judy and Kyle got gifts that they have not been able to take off!

All year long, the boys and I have heard Judy ranting about how much she wanted a Snuggie for Christmas. So Brenden got her a Patriots one. She has been wearing it everywhere - shopping, working and even to Starbucks!


Kyle on the other hand wanted some pajamas with feet! So Brenden surprised him with pajamas. Yes - he does wear them to bed. He wears them along with his green Snuggie.

As for the rest of us - Parker got a red Snuggie, Brenden a U of Minnesota one (although it did not arrive in time for Christmas - they probably had a run on them in Minnesota) and I was the only one who did not get one. And no - I do not want one either!

Ice Fishing!

My brother Mike and his son Derek were up fishing this past weekend in Baudette, Minnesota.
He and Derek caught fish for Kyle & me for our Birthday! He also got Judy one.

Jon Olson also has a birthday on December 18. He turns 54!

Thanksgiving 2009!

For the past several years we have celebrated Thanksgiving with the Keatings! Judy met Mary when we first moved here. They worked together at Filene's. It is great for us, as all I have to do is bring the turkey, stuffing and gravy - they do the rest.

We ran the Volvo Turkey Trot 5K again this year. We all had our best times ever for this race.

Kaeden James Senske born September 14, 2009!

My cousin Sandy sent me these photos of my cousin, Janet Koglin and her grandson, Kaeden James Senske who was born on September 14, 2009. Kaeden is the son of Stacy and James Senske who live in Apple Valley, MN. Stacy is Janet's daughter.

Kyle's last XC Race!

Kyle's ran his last XC race on Saturday, November 14th, the MIAA State Divisional Eastern Meet at Franklin Park. The weather was the horrible as it was raining and the course was a mud pit.
