Vikings #1 Fan!

My brother Mike sent me this photo of his friend Mark Abell who lives in California. Mark has been going to Bambi with all of us for years. Hopefully he is cheering for San Diego to beat the Jets. (I wonder what the horns are for?)

Go Vikings!

Jackie & Jerry sent me this photo as they get ready for the big Vikings game on Sunday against Dallas. I see that Jackie has a #4 Jersey - Is she cheering for Brett Favre or Archie Mannning (1983-84), Dale Dawsom (1987), Donald Igwebuike (1990), or Mike Saxon (1994-95) who all wore the purple #4. As for Jerry is he a Percy Harvin fan who is currently #12 on the Minnesota Vikings or a Daunte Culpepper fan who formerly wore the number.

BC vs. BU at Fenway Park!

Brenden and I were able to attend the first BC vs. BU game at Fenway Park last night. We got the tickets from a friend of mine (Dean Kahr) who use to play for BU. (So guess where we were sitting - right in the heart of the BU fan section.) We had great seats and had a fun time.

Yes it was cold - Jon and Brenden.

We ran into our good friends Elaine and Bill who are huge BU fans.

Sasquatch is known to discard his clothing and run through the crowd getting the BU fans riled up.

Slow month for birthdays in January - only two!

Tom Sundblad will be 25 on January 30th!

On January 31st, Kyle Korzenowski will be 43.

Kyle - Indoor Track

Kyle is on the Indoor Track team this winter. He has been running two events 600 M and 4 by 400M Relay, where he is the first runner. If you want to see him run - check out the video at this url: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xhfyshpFmXw If you look real close - you can see Judy, Brenden and I watching the race.

The Best Christmas Gifts!

Every year someone gets that special gift! This year both Judy and Kyle got gifts that they have not been able to take off!

All year long, the boys and I have heard Judy ranting about how much she wanted a Snuggie for Christmas. So Brenden got her a Patriots one. She has been wearing it everywhere - shopping, working and even to Starbucks!

Kyle on the other hand wanted some pajamas with feet! So Brenden surprised him with pajamas. Yes - he does wear them to bed. He wears them along with his green Snuggie.

As for the rest of us - Parker got a red Snuggie, Brenden a U of Minnesota one (although it did not arrive in time for Christmas - they probably had a run on them in Minnesota) and I was the only one who did not get one. And no - I do not want one either!

Kyle Korzenowski at Fall Lake in Ely Minnesota!

Kyle Korzenowski called us to say that he and his dog Amber would ski over to the live Cam on Fall Lake in Ely, Minnesota. I was able to capture him on the internet. If you want to check out the Cam -

Ice Fishing!

My brother Mike and his son Derek were up fishing this past weekend in Baudette, Minnesota.
He and Derek caught fish for Kyle & me for our Birthday! He also got Judy one.

MacKensie Mahoney sent me these pictures of her and Brenden at Halloween this year. She said that he made a great "Grandma Olson".
